The place was really clean and very well organized. The location was really good and we had a great view of the city from our room.

We had a tough time finding the place.

30 mins to airport

The unit has almost everything except that the washing machine is missing even it’s stated in our booking. High floor and the cabinets

There’s stain on the sofa and after sitting on it our body itch. The floor is not very clean too

Wonderful

Room is clean and quiet. Has option for food and convenient store just below the apartment. Metro is just a distance away.

This location has not yet fully developed. It would be very different in a matter of a few years. I hope to see more facilities nearby.

A decent short stay in the Songdo area.

A good value accommodation in an interesting area. There is an airport bus 6777, which gets you to Incheon International Airport in about an hour.

Sofa in the living room was not clean. Had itch after seating on the sofa for a short while. Lack of direction to the check-in reception, which is actually at the 3rd floor of the A block apartment building.

Pretty OK location - definitely for that price.

Nice rooms, very neat, everything you need is present.

The windows didn't close properly and the mattress was pretty bad.

Good apartment style stay. Perfect for access to Incheon International airport and public transport.

Apartment is very spacious. Great to have a kitchenette. Nice views and friendly front desk staff. The perfect place for a stop over before heading to and/or from the airport.

Some dishes were unclean and table was a little sticky. Don't get the usual perks of a typical hotel like slippers, toothpaste, toothbrush etc. Not too many restaurants in very close proximity.

Excellent value for a couple of days but the basic room is not what you want for longer stays.

Great value, and near the train station. Clean rooms.

No room service, the towels they give you are tiny and ration them for each day so you have to go down everyday and pick the towels up yourself.

Convenient for a short stay

Quiet location, fairly close to the metro system. Facilities are clean and modern. It's located several floors up, entrance through a shopping center -- not that many stores, but there are a few cafes, convenience stores, and a self-service laundromat.

The unit had an in-unit washing machine, but it did not appear to be functioning.

Nice room, good location, bad mattress

The hotel is very close to the subway station and there are some restaurants and the convenience store nearby. You can also take the subway for a few stations to the big outlet and avenue or to the Central park. The room is spacious and comes with a walking closet and kitchen, I think it's great for people who are looking for a long term stay. The soundproofing seems great, we did not hear the neighbors but also not sure if there is anyone in the rooms next door. Free parking space.

The mattress is quite uncomfortable and the bed makes a lot of noise when you move. There is no trash bin in the bathroom and we found an open package of tampon in the cabinet behind the mirror in the bathroom. They only give you 4 small towels so if you prefer a big towel, I would recommend you bring your own.

Great value place to stay in Incheon.

Bright, clean room with a great balcony looking out over Incheon. Air conditioning in each room, good bathroom with decent shower. Building was close to the underground station and there were some shops and food outlets in the building.

Not much to dislike really but if I was being really picky then the TV only had a limited selection of channels. Not a major issue though.

Excellent

We chose this apartment because of its location in the upcoming area of Songdo in Incheon. We have relatives that live in Incheon, so it was perfect.

Maybe two key cards instead of one would have been better.

Comfortable but almost impossible to find

Very comfy bed. Good temperature control. (I can't sleep in a hot room in the middle of the winter, but here I could just open the window.) It was quiet and I slept well for a good price.

It was very hard to find. I followed GPS to the provided address but it's a huge complex with many businesses and private residences. I wandered around exhausted for 20 minutes trying to find the November Stay. Pro tip: Go inside the entrance marked "Arcade." Take the escalator up to the third floor and follow the signs.
